If you are a Supercom Dealer having problems logging into the Dealer Area, please contact your Supercom Sales Representative and he/she will be able to provide you with your login.

If you have been given a password, but you are still having problems accessing the dealer area, here are some hints. The login and password supplied to you are case sensitive (ie: capital letters must be entered as capitals; lowercase characters must be entered in lower case). When you log into the Dealer Area for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a new password. The password you enter will also be case sensitive, so type carefully and check to see if you have the CAPS LOCK on.
